Frequently Asked Questions
When should I place my A La Carte Order?
Submit your A la Carte request once you know your venue, general guest count, hopeful floral budget, and event colors or style. We will need at least 30 days before your event to ensure all behind-the-scenes details are in order. This includes procuring floral products and hard goods.
How do I receive my product?
Pick up your arrangements from our studio, located at Charleston/215, or we can arrange delivery for an additional fee.
Can I add to my order?
Yes! Add to your heart’s desire up to 30 days before the scheduled event date.
Can I cancel my A la Carte order?
You may cancel your A la Carte order up to 30 days before your scheduled event. Deposits to hold your date are non-refundable.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Additions may be created up to 30 days before your event date. All additions are subject to product availability. Items cannot be canceled. However, funds for items that are no longer needed will be reallocated to make your other arrangements even more beautiful.
